Every kind of concrete a home needs.
From the slab under a new shed to the driveway your neighbours ask about. We take on residential jobs of any size, plus smaller commercial work: car parks, shopfronts and body corporate repairs.
- 04

Exposed aggregate
Paths, patios and driveways with the stone washed back. Hard-wearing and it hides the dirt.
- 05

House & shed slabs
Level, square slabs poured to the engineer's plans, ready for the trades that follow.
- 06

Footings, all types
Strip, pad and pier footings for homes, patios, carports and sheds.
- 07

Retaining walls & seats
Off-form concrete walls, planters and built-in bench seats, including curved formwork.
- 08

Resealing & repairs
Clean, repair and reseal tired concrete so it looks new and lasts longer.
- 09

Car parks & smaller commercial
Car parks, shopfront surrounds and body corporate jobs, done on time and on budget.
Pick the surface before you pick the price.
The finish changes how your concrete looks, how it feels underfoot and how much care it needs. Here are the five we pour most, all from our own jobs.
Exposed aggregate
We wash back the top layer to show the stone underneath. It grips well, hides tyre marks and dirt, and the stone blend sets the colour.
- Best for
- Driveways, paths, patios
- Underfoot
- Textured, good grip
- Upkeep
- Reseal every 3–5 years
Honed
We grind the surface to cut through the stone for a flat, polished-stone look. We used it on an infinity edge pool surround in Bundall to modernise a dated kidney pool.
- Best for
- Pool surrounds, alfresco
- Underfoot
- Smooth, sealed with grip additive
- Upkeep
- Sealed, easy to hose
Covercrete
A thin, subtly flecked coating over new or existing concrete. One client said it “really offsets the pool beautifully”.
- Best for
- Pool surrounds, resurfacing
- Underfoot
- Fine texture, cool to walk on
- Upkeep
- Recoat as needed
Coloured & sealed
Colour oxide goes through the mix, then a sealer deepens it and protects the surface. It suits modern facades in charcoal, grey and sandstone tones.
- Best for
- Driveways, entries
- Underfoot
- Smooth to light texture
- Upkeep
- Reseal to keep the colour rich
Plain broom
A straight concrete finish with a light broom texture for grip. It's the practical, budget-friendly choice for sheds, side paths and car parks.
- Best for
- Shed slabs, side paths
- Underfoot
- Light broom texture
- Upkeep
- Minimal

How a job runs
From first call to first drive, in five steps.
01 · Quote
Your written quote within 48 hours
Call or send the form with a few photos. Josh looks at the site, measures up and sends a clear, itemised quote.
“Easy process from quoting to scheduling the job.”Bikestyle Tours · Body corporate

02 · Design & levels

Levels, falls and finish, agreed up front
We set the falls so water drains away from the house, and help you choose a finish that suits the facade. If something could look better, we'll say so.
“Josh was willing to work with us to realise our design, including making suggestions that enhanced the final result.”Brian Sohier · Architect
-
03 · Prep

Excavation, formwork and steel
The base is compacted, forms are set to string lines and reinforcing mesh goes in on chairs. This is the part you don't see, and it's why the slab stays flat.
“Understands the importance of planning for the trades to follow.”Justin Dervusoski

04 · Pour

Pour day and the finish
Concrete is pumped or barrowed in, screeded, then finished: washed back, honed, trowelled or broomed. Control joints are cut so any cracking stays where we want it.
“Even when I made the job much bigger on the day of the pour he made it happen.”Karen Anne · Driveway

Clean site, clear curing times
We clean up, take the skips away and tell you when it's safe to walk on it and when you can drive on it, usually about 7 days for cars. Curing times explained.
“They cleaned up everything and left the job neat and tidy.”Darrell Barnett · Stairs
